External Referral Program

Our External Referral Program allows non-employees the opportunity to refer a friend or colleague and receive a one-time referral payment up to $5,000. The referrer must be a non-employee (not affiliated with TransTechSol) and must be a legal resident of the U.S. If the referral candidate is hired at TransTechSol, the referrer will receive payment as outlined below. There is no limit to how many candidates one can refer. 

Referral Submission Process

All external referrals must be submitted through [email protected] and include: 

- For the candidate: resume, full name, phone number, and email address.
- For the referrer: full name, phone number, and email address.

Payment Process

TransTechSol will pay the referrer a one-time payment of up to $5,000.00 for referring the candidate as long as:  
  • The referral acknowledges that the individual referred the candidate. 
  • The candidate is hired full-time at TransTechSol and completes 60 calendar days of continuous employment at TransTechSol. 
  • Referrer completes and returns IRS Form W-9 and other documentation necessary for payment.  
  • All referral payments are paid pre-tax and it is the sole responsibility of the referrer to pay all applicable local, state, and federal taxes on the payment received.  

Special Considerations

Referrers who are employed by organizations that TransTechSol is contractually or legally prohibited from providing such payments will not be eligible. By making a referral, referrer represents to TransTechSol that they are neither aware of nor could reasonably be expected to be aware of any such prohibitions or limitations. By accepting a referral payment, referrer is representing they qualified for the referral program.
 
The referrer is not eligible for the referral payment if TransTechSol finds, in its sole discretion, that hiring the referral candidate is, or may reasonably cause, a conflict of interest, or that paying a referral payment is, or may reasonably cause, a conflict of interest.
